Before UMSL: Played one season at Missouri State University as a defensive specialist... team finished with a 29-7 record and advanced to the second round of the NCAA Tournament... played in 27 matches and 56 games... recorded 43 digs (0.77 per game) and had 15 service aces.

High School: Played four years and was a two-year captain for head coach Debbie Downs at Kickapoo High School... was named a three-time all-conference selection.
