ST. LOUIS, MO. – Senior midfielder Tara Reitz (St. Charles, Mo./Francis Howell North) of the University of Missouri-St. Louis women’s soccer team has been named to the National Soccer Coaches Association of America (NSCAA)/adidas NCAA Division II All-Great Lakes Region Second Team, as announced by the association.

Reitz led the team with 27 points this season, including eight goals and 11 assists. Reitz was also a first team all-Great Lakes Valley Conference honoree this year and is UMSL’s second all-time leader in assists (29) and ranks 14th in career scoring with 67 points.

Reitz helped the Tritons to a 12-7-3 record this season and a runner-up finish in the GLVC Conference Tournament.

The NSCAA is the largest coaches’ organization in the United States. In addition to a national rankings program for colleges and high schools, NSCAA offers an extensive recognition program that presents nearly 10,000 individual awards every year.
