Biography: 2007-08: Appeared in 10 games, starting six… averaged a team-best 12.2 points per game… averaged 3.6 rebounds, 2.2 assists and 1.8 steals per game, while shooting 42.7 percent from the field, including 37.5 percent from three-point range… shot 90.5 (19-of-21) percent from the free throw line… scored in double figures in eight of 10 games played… scored a career-high 26 points on 7-of-10 shooting from the field, including 5-of-7 shooting from three-point range at Saint Joseph’s… also went 7-for-7 at free throw line in that game… tallied 15 points and collected four steals against Central Bible… scored 15 points and dished out four assists against William Woods…recorded 11 points, while pulling down career-high six rebounds at Indianapolis... notched 13 points, four assists and three steals against Robert Morris-Springfield.
Before UMSL: Played two years at Itawamba (Miss.) Community College where he was second on the team in scoring at 11.5 points per game and third on the team in rebounding at 5.1 rebounds per game … scored in double figures in 20 games last year, including a stretch of three straight 20-point games … scored a season-high 28 points, followed by a game of 27 points and had two other games with 21 points … was a first team all-region and first team all-state selection … became the first Itawamba athlete to ever be named NJCAA Men’s Division I Basketball Player of the Week in February 2007… played with current Triton Tim Green, where both led Itawamba CC to the Elite Eight of the NJCAA tournament and a season record of 27-6.
High School: Played at Raleigh Egypt High School for head coach Jimmy Adams … averaged 10.5 points and 8.0 rebounds per game as a senior for a team that finished as the state runner-up finish … helped team to three regional championships … team was also district champions his junior and senior seasons … played in North vs. South all-start game … named to all-region team.
