Biography:
Before UMSL: Played one season at Arkansas-Fort Smith before transferring to Pratt Community College where he played baseball for two years. Was then drafted in the 10th round in 2005 by the Los Angeles Dodgers and spent the last three years playing minor league baseball for the Dodgers organization, including time with the Las Vegas 51’s of Triple A.
High School: Played three years at Sylvan Hills High School for head coach Kevin Davis… three-time all-state honoree, who was also a McDonald’s All-American nominee… three-time all-conference selection… earned second team all-Arkansas honors… averaged 26 points, nine rebounds and seven assists per game as a senior… selected to the all-metro game and the Arkansas All-Star game… also played baseball for the Bears as an outfielder… earned all-conference and all-state honors.
Personal: Born April 2, 1984… son of Karl and June Brown… major is undecided.
