Biography:
2007: Played in 28 games and started 25 games in the field, and appeared in 13 games as a relief pitcher... hit .282 with 29 hits, 15 runs scored, six doubles and 17 RBI... had eight, multi-hit games... went 3-for-6 with a double, a run scored and four RBI in the season opening win... collected three hits in a game at Quincy... went 3-for-3 with two doubles, a run and two RBI against Bellarmine... went 2-for-4 with two runs in a win over Kentucky Wesleyan and followed that with two hits and two RBI in the following game at Indianapolis... one of the team’s best relievers on the season, picking up four saves with a 1-0 record and a 0.49 ERA in 13 appearances... gave up just one earned run and struck out 21 hitters in 18.1 innings of work.

Before UMSL: Played one season at Meramec Community College for head coach Toni Datolli.

High School: Played at Bishop DuBourg for head coach Ed Unterreiner… named first team all-conference pitcher and hitter… also played basketball for the Cavaliers and earned all-conference honorable mention.

Personal: Born January 12, 1985… son of Dave and Jeanette Kuntz… majoring in business.
