Dimke, Simic Earn All-GLVC Men's Tennis Honors

INDIANAPOLIS, IND. – Sophomore Andreas Dimke and senior Boris Simic of the Missouri-St. Louis men’s tennis team have been named to the All-Great Lakes Valley Conference Men’s Tennis Team.

Dimke posted a 9-2 record in GLVC play at the No. 1 singles position this season and is 16-5 overall. Simic was 4-4 in the GLVC in singles action, competing mostly at No. 2 and is 9-9 overall.

Dimke and Simic also teamed to post a 7-2 doubles record in the GLVC at the No. 1 position. The duo stands at 11-5 overall this season.

UMSL will compete in the 2008 GLVC Men’s Tennis Tournament Friday and Saturday in Indianapolis, Ind. The Tritons are the No. 2 seed and will square off against No. 7 seed Indianapolis Friday at 11 a.m.
