UMSL's Mark Twain Building serves as the home facility to the UMSL men's and women's basketball teams and the UMSL volleyball team.
The Mark Twain Building was built in the fall of 1971 to serve as the host facility for UMSL's intercollegiate athletics and recreation and intramural activities. The gym has seating to accomodate 4,736 fans, including a court-side, lower level section with chairback seats. In the summer of 2003, the University installed a new, four-sided scoreboard above the court.
In 1986, the arena underwent a face lift with the installation of new bleachers, including chair-back seats on the lower level. Other recent upgrades include improvements in the facilities lighting and sound system. Prior to the 2003-04 season, the facility saw another upgrade with the addition of a new, four-sided scoreboard that hangs directly above half court. In fall of 2006, due to storm damage, the gym floor was completely replaced with all new support and wood surface. The new court was named Chuck Smith Court after UMSL?s first athletic director and men?s basketball coach.
This Mark Twain Building has served as the host for a variety of sporting events outside of UMSL athletics. Some of those events included the MHSAA boys and girls basketball tournament games, and in the summer of 2002, served as the home gym for the St. Louis Skyhawks of the United States Basketball League.
Other accomodations in the Mark Twain Building include a jogging track on the lower level, a swimming pool, lockerroom facilities, weight lifting room, equipment room and a training room.

UMSL's Don Dallas Soccer Field is one of the better college soccer facilities in the country. The soccer field was recently renovated in the summer of 2002 with complete new bermuda surface, allowing for a safer and more playable field for the student-atheltes. In the summer of 2005, the press box was repainted and a new scoreboard was installed.
The complex features a permament seating structure for fans, complete with restrooms and press box. The field is lighted to allow for night games and has a sound system and electronic scoreboard for fan enjoyment.
The soccer field was originally built in 1970 as an intramural field and was upgraded in with portable bleachers to seat 500 people in 1975. A few years later, the complex saw its most significant improvements thanks to the efforts of then state senator James Murphy. In 1982, the field added lights and the following year saw the construction of the soccer stadium, complete with a press box, restrooms and permanent seating for 1,350 fans. The new look soccer complex was dedicated on October 11, 1983, as got some instant success and UMSL defeated SIU Edwardsville 1-0.
In October 1991, the field paid tribute to former head coach Don Dallas by officially naming the stadium in his honor. Dallas built the UMSL soccer program from scratch and coached the team for 23 years. He led the team to 236 wins, 16 NCAA Tournament apperances and the school's only NCAA National Championship in 1973. In October of 1993, the University added another tribute to Coach Dallas with a memorial entrance for all fans to see as they enter the stadium.

The University of Missouri-St. Louis softball facility is a marvelous venue for an NCAA Division II school. The overall facility is second to none, from the field itself to the accommodations for athletes and fans.
The Tritons began play at the UMSL Softball Field on March 16, 1999, defeating Bemidji State, 8-0, in the inaugural game on the field.
The $500,000 modern softball facility is fan friendly. It features ample parking, concessions, restrooms and seating for 500 spectators. The newest addition to the facility is a large, wooden gazebo for cookouts and gatherings, which was added prior to the 2001 season. The facility also features an enclosed press box with a modern sound system and scoreboard controls. The field includes dugouts for each team, storage facility for equipment, outdoor batting cages for players and an infield tarp to protect against inclement weather.
The softball field is used primarily by the UMSL student recreation department for intramural competition and campus softball outings. The field is also available for rental usage by youth leagues for camps, clinics and games.

The UMSL Tennis Courts were redone in the summer of 2005 that involved a complete resurfacing, new fences, and wind screens. The courts feature six, full-size tennis courts in an enclosed area. They are located next to the Mark Twain Building, providing easy access to locker room facilities and the training room.

UMSL's newest facility, the baseball field was completed in the spring of 2009.
Located on UMSL’s South Campus, the facility features an elevated pressbox with a modern sound system and scoreboard controls. The full-sized electronic scoreboard, which sits in right field, also features a digital display. The field includes dugouts and bullpens for each team and an infield tarp to protect against inclement weather.
The UMSL Baseball Field also boasts covered bleacher seating for 200 behind home plate with ample room for lawn chairs on either side.
